Revolving kiln mainly includes kiln head, kiln tail, rotary kiln supporting frames, preheating tower, cooling machine, conveyor and other parts.

Rotary Kiln

Calcination characteristics of wet rotary kiln: raw material is adaptable for non-homogeneous materials, and raw material has uniform composition and process stability, so the clinker will has high quality and high strength level. There is less dust during the grinding, and less fly ash in kiln tail.

However, wet rotary kiln has large water demand, with high water resources consumption, so it’s the limited and eliminated rotary kiln in China.
