2,There should not be any obstructions under or around the moving parts of ball mill

3, Nobody is allowed to stand around the machine when the ball mill is running.

4, After checking the ball mill, press the start button to start the motor, pay attention to the current changes. It is not permitted to consecutively start the ball mill more than 2 times, and you must wait at least 5 minutes between the two times.

5, You are not allowed to start other sets when you start a ball mill to avoid tripping.

6,After the ball mill running normally, you must add materials strictly according to the specification and the quantity of materials is forbidden beyond ball mill’s overload. Besides, ball mill should not run without materials too long to avoid breaking the liner., and the limit time is 15 minutes.

7, Be sure to leakage of plasma will not occur when the ball mill is running. Rrequently check whether current, voltage, feeding and water supply is normal or not. Check the temperature of the motor and spindle every 30 minutes. The temperature are not allowed to beyond 60 degrees Celsius.
